Hermolis was proud to host a two-day British Airways meal presentation, showcasing the breadth, creativity, and quality of our kosher catering across the airline’s entire range of service.
Over the course of the presentation, we introduced kosher meals for all five British Airways travel classes, carefully designed to meet the expectations of each cabin while maintaining the highest kosher standards. The presentation covered the full inflight dining experience, including hot meals, breakfasts, afternoon tea, snacks, and additional service items offered throughout a journey.
Behind the scenes, the scale of preparation was immense. Our chef and culinary team spent days preparing more than 200 individual components, including mains, sides, sauces, baked items, and desserts. These components were created to give the British Airways team the flexibility to taste, assess, and select combinations that work best for inflight service, passenger comfort, and flavor at altitude.
Each dish was developed with careful attention to presentation, consistency, and practicality for airline operations, while never compromising on quality or kosher integrity. Seeing all five classes presented together highlighted Hermolis’ commitment to ensuring that kosher passengers enjoy a premium dining experience, regardless of where they are seated on the aircraft.
