MR MOISHE (MICHAEL) LISSER
Moshe (Michael) Lisser has been MD of the company since
1986. He is ultimately in control of all aspects of
the company but specialises in production and menu development.
He continually seeks to change and improve Hermolis'
product in both quantity, presentation and innovation.
He is always available to meet and
discuss requirements with any current or prospective
clients.
FINANCIAL DIRECTOR:
MR MENDEL (IAN) KREDITOR
Mendel (Ian) Kreditor has been FD of the
company since 1991. He controls all aspects of the companies
finances and accounts.
He continually seels to find new suppliers
and products that can be costed into Hermolis' rapidly changing
menus. He specialises in costings to ensure that Hermolis
do not overcharge for any of their needs.
BANQUETING DIRECTOR:
MR EZRI ERLANGER
Quality of food, presentation, and service
are the primary objectives of Ezri, and have been the focus
of the corporation since its inception in 1963. The understanding
of the requirements of the catering business were developed
and blended over the past century of service provided to the
London area by the originators of Hermolis Banqueting
HEAD CHEF: MR HADY
EL SAWAH
Hady El Sawah has been Head Chef of the company
since 1998. He has brought with him a world of experience
from his many years at various airline caterers worldwide
i.e Alpha Flight Catering Services, LSG etc to name but a
few.
He controls the production and is able to
produce at short notice orders with presentations and quality
par excellence.
HEALTH & HYGIENE:
MR B LIEBERMANN
Mr Liebermann is an in-house hygiene consultant
ensuring that all the relevant Health and Hygiene policies
are adhered to and that all HACCP controls are kept.
He can be contacted at Hermolis for any enquiries.
SALES DEPARTMENT : ROSAN ALI
Rosan Ali runs Hermolis' expert sales, both
public and private. She ensures that all health certificates
and official paperworks are in place and helps customers/airlines
to ensure that Hermolis' meals can be delivered to almost
anywhere worldwide.
She also administors the customer services
department, ensuring that all queries are addressed to customers
satisfaction.
